Free-form invoicing
Enter information into a window that resembles an actual invoice to create quick and easy free-form billings.
- Create invoices for jobs, cost extras, and cost codes, or create an invoice for a customer without requiring a job.
- Speed entry by retrieving customer and billing information from Job Cost and Accounts Receivable, and descriptions and prices from standard item tables, rate tables and add-on tables.
- Apply taxes and withold retainage on an item-by-item basis.
