If you are using Sage Accpac Inventory Control extensively you are definitely a fan of the feature that shows you current counts of your items.
When on the Order Entry screen and you input a line, below the details box you see how many of that item you have in stock, on sales orders, on purchase orders, etc. And even better with v5.5 you could drill into those sales orders and purchase orders. However, you may notice inconsistencies between this screen and some of the screens within the Inventory Control module. When comparing the two you might not see the same numbers, that is because Accpac is not writing the changes in stock to all areas of the system.
The resolution to this is quite simple; run your data integrity, fix minor errors and your life is good again. This is just another example of how running your data integrity is important.
