Deltek has many different products that they are discontinuing production and support on; these include Advantage, FMS and Semaphore.
These products are now deemed legacy products by Deltek, therefore as of a pre-determined date, will no longer be supported. Deltek is marketing to these customers to move onto Vision. Deltek Vision is a far superior product to Advantage, FMS, and Semaphore; and it is completely web based. Deltek has also built migration tools for these products. So when you decide to upgrade to Vision from these legacy products you can get the migration tool for free, all you have to pay for is the services. This gives you, the customer, more incentive to stay current on your software.
