As a report designer and developer one of the things that sometimes get under my nerves is the time I have to spend to code to format free form text fields so it prints properly on a form or report.
An example of this is a free form text field used to store telephone numbers. One great feature in MAS 500 is the ability to set up a telephone mask specific to a country.
You can do this by going to Common Information > Maintenance > CI Setup > Set Up Countries and States. You can also set up a country specific mask for date and postal code.
