Types of Positions


Administrative Assistant

The primary role is to provide administrative support and assistance to the management of the company as well as the Project Managers. Other duties shall include reception, general office administration including, invoicing, collections, bank deposits and expense reports.

Consultant

As a consultant your responsibilities include software demonstration, implementation, training and support to clients and internal staff. Other duties shall include participation on continuous improvement teams and to assist in the sales and marketing of our products and services when dealing with clients.

Developer

This position is to provide software customization and development to clients and for internal staff use. Other duties shall include participation on continuous improvement teams and to assist in the sales and marketing of our products and services when dealing with clients.

IT Support Administrator

The IT Support Administrator provides hardware and software installation and support for internal staff. Other duties shall include participation on continuous improvement teams and to assist in the sales and marketing of our products and services when dealing with clients if required.

Project Manager

This position is to oversee and manage software demonstrations, implementations, training and support to clients and internal staff. Other duties shall include participation on continuous improvement teams and to assist in the sales and marketing of our products and services when dealing with clients. In addition, this person must further develop the skills of those consultants working in the product line.

Sales and Marketing Manager/Representative

This position is to provide on going revenue generation for the firm. Duties also include participation in the company’s continuous improvement teams and sales and marketing activities for the firm.

Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant your duties will include software demonstration, implementation, training and support to clients and internal staff. Other duties shall include participation on continuous improvement teams and to assist in the sales and marketing of our products and services when dealing with clients. In addition, this person must further develop the skills of those consultants working in the product line that they are assigned.
