 Responsibilities:  
  • Interfacing directly with customers
  • Requirements and fit/gap analysis and process mapping
  • Project management – scope, timelines, resources, budget, status updates
  • Pilot project setup with data migration
  • Training of key and end users
  • Preparation and design of specification documents for development team, testing and on-site delivery to customer for sign off​
  • Pre-Sales support including design, prototype development and solution demonstrations as required​

  • ​Identify customer solution enhancements and initiate opportunities for sales team
  • Participate in on-going business improvement processes

Required education:
  • High school or equivalent
  • University Designation or College Diploma
Required experience:
  • Minimum 5 years business/accounting experience
  • Sage 300 (Accpac) experience a must
Required licenses or certifications:
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Must be a permanent resident of Canada or Canadian citizen
  • Must have excellent command of English both written and verbal for customer interactions

ERP Consultant
Job Type: Full- Time
Responsibilities:  
  • Interfacing directly with customers
  • Requirements and fit/gap analysis and process mapping. Analyze customer business needs and objectives
  • Pilot project setup with data migration
  • Training of key and end users.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client ERP implementations.
  • Provide in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas.

  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service is always delivered
  • Supporting Project Lead and/or Project Manager
  • Coaching & mentoring junior consultants & other team members
  • Provide AX expertise and advice to management and team members
  • Troubleshoot system issues from the customer base
  • Able to work on own or in teams
  • Project deadlines must be met and may require extra hours worked

Job Experience & Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years Dynamics AX 2012 R3 experience including customer/employer references
  • Minimum five years business/accounting experience
  • University Designation or College Diploma
  • Accounting Designation a definite asset
  • Excellent communication skills – critical for documentation, customer and liaising with other team members and training
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products
  • Must have Permanent Canadian citizenship status

ERP Developer
Job Type: Full- Time
Working Relationships: This Position Reports to Senior Management
The following activities are an outline of the duties to be performed:
  • Implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX customization
  • Implementing and supporting Sage 300
  • Development of custom software, macros and reports
  • Software demonstration as required
  • Assists in the design, coding, and testing of technical solutions
  • Internal technical and email support
  • Understands standard systems development life-cycle processes and applies our methodology effectively on client engagements
  • Applies knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients
  • Adheres to coding standards defined by technical management.
  • Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plan
  • Values internal and external clients and responds to their needs as they arise
  • Uses good judgment in what and how to communicate with clients
  • Working in conjunction with our consultant and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Making recommendations to our consultants and developers to respond effectively to client requirements

Supervision Received and Given:

The following skills are required for this position:
  • Minimum of three years experience in MS SQL Server and writing SQL Scripts
  • C# - Minimum of three years experience with C# experience.
  • Strong ability to Debug code writen by other Developers
  • Excellent communication skills - critical for documentation from Customer to Developer and Developer to Developer
  • Strong command of English – both written and verbal
  • Studies in one of the following Computer System Technology – Software Development
  • Good work experience with reporting tools such as SSRS and Crystal Reports
  • In-depth understanding of the software development cycle
The following skills are an asset for this position:
  • Microsoft VBA
  • NET
  • Java, HTML, PHP, ASP
  • Microsoft Dynamics x++
  • SSRS, SSIS, Object Oriented technologies
  • VB Script
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools is an asset

Position Function: This position is to provide on going lead generation for the firm. Other duties shall include participation in company continuous improvement teams and sales and marketing activities for the firm.

Office Assistant
Job Type: Full- Time
Working Relationships: This Position Reports to the Office Manager. However, the person provides administrative support to the Project Managers as well
Position Function: This position is to provide administrative support and assistance to the management of the company as well as the Project Managers. Other duties shall include reception, general office administration including, invoicing, collections, bank deposits and expense reports. 
 Responsibilities:  
  • Answering the telephone and directing of inbound calls
  • Greeting visitors
  • Assisting with organizing events and presentations
  • Clerical office work
  • Office day to day accounting including invoicing, expense reports and collections
  • Outbound customer collection calls
  • Maintain client database
