P.O. Assistant

If you purchase items on a regular basis that require detailed measurements and will be used for a specific task (not required in stock) then P.O. Assistant is for you.

With PO Assistant you can:

  • Add new items on the fly
  • Add new items using measurements that are stored from items previously entered.
  • Directly place purchase orders into Sage Accpac’s PO module.
  • Tightly integrate with Sage Accpac’s IC and AP modules (pulls AP vendors, IC items, ship to information etc.)
  • Allow each item purchased to be charged to different jobs.
  • Allow for entry of all POs from 1 screen.

PO Assistant is especially useful for companies who purchase materials that require detailed measurements to be entered on the purchase order.
